Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Our Quality Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the quality of our apparel. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or is not as described, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  1. You must contact us at hello@randomcheckbrand.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue (e.g., misprint, misaligned graphic, garment defect).

  3. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If your claim is approved, we will, at your choice:

  • Send you a free replacement of the item, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in the correct size, please contact us at the email above.

Shipping for Replacements
We will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
