Thank you for visiting and shopping at Random Check. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time: Made for You
All our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for us to produce your item before it ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship worldwide from our production facilities in the United States and the European Union.

Orders are typically fulfilled by USPS, DHL, or other regional postal services depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the product(s) ordered, and the selected shipping speed.
3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Time: This is the transit time after your order leaves our production facility. Shipping times vary by destination:

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada & Europe: 5-10 business days

Rest of World: 7-20 business days

Total Delivery Time: Your total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time + Shipping Time. Please refer to the estimates at checkout for the most accurate timeline for your order.

Please note: All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
5. Shipping Address & Order Changes

You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

Address Changes/Cancellations: Due to our fast production process, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address or cancel an order once it is placed. Please contact us immediately at hello@randomcheckbrand.com if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the EU for EU shipments, or outside the US for US shipments), you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are levied once your package reaches your country.

Random Check has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located,contact us at hello@randomcheckbrand.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at hello@randomcheckbrand.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement at no cost.
